This slip-cast hexagonal teapot exhibits applied press-molded agate panels of the Chinese-boy-in-a-tree design. A lion finial tops the lid. Examples such as this teapot suggest possible links between some A-marked forms (see fig. 12) and potters derived from Staffordshire.
